It’s here. Mass Effect has been officially released in North America on the Xbox 360. Fans are probably deeply immersed in this epic video game as we speak so I won’t bore you too much with witty banter. Instead, here’s a new trailer for those you picking up Mass Effect tomorrow to enjoy now.

Bioware brings us a sneak preview of some never seen before characters that exist in the gigantic Mass Effect universe. You’ll be in awe at the unbelievable character animation and amazing detail they all have. Bioware also went after some movie stars to lend their voices to this ground breaking video game. If you listen closely you’ll notice one of the voices is from Seth Green who starred in ‘Austin Powers’, ‘Idle Hands’ and is currently working as the voice of Chris on Fox’s ‘Family Guy’.

Even though Mass Effect is one of the most hyped games of the year, the typical Xbox crowd seems to think this is just another RPG video game. They are dead wrong as you’ll see in this Combat Scenario video featured at GameVideos.com. Watch as Commander Shepard has so many tactical options to down his enemy. Mass Effect is showing to be far more than just a real-time RPG.
